Job Summary:

Brand Marketing Manager it is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance the brand’s presence and drive growth. This role involves managing brand positioning, market research, advertising, and promotional activities. In addition, the Brand Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure that new products align with the brand’s image and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy and Management:

   – Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

   – Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing materials.

   – Monitor brand performance metrics and adapt strategies as needed.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

   – Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.

   – Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and product development.

   – Utilize insights to improve brand positioning and drive market growth.

3. Product Development Collaboration:

   – Work closely with the product development team to align product offerings with market demand and brand strategy.

   – Provide input on product design, features, and pricing based on market research and consumer feedback.

   – Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and promotional plans.

4. Marketing Campaigns:

   – Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.

   – Manage advertising efforts, including creative development, media planning, and budget allocation.

   – Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to drive improvements.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

   – Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.

   – Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers.

6. Budget Management:

   – Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

   – Monitor expenses and adjust budgets based on campaign performance and business needs.

7. Brand Development and Innovation:

   – Identify opportunities for brand innovation and differentiation in the market.

   – Drive initiatives that enhance the brand’s reputation and market presence.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successful brand development and marketing campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with product development processes and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
