KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Advertising Strategy Development:

   – Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing goals and objectives.

   – Identify target audiences and determine the most effective advertising channels and tactics to reach them.

2. Campaign Planning and Execution:

   – Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns, including digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor media.

   – Oversee the creation of advertising content, including copy, graphics, videos, and other creative assets.

3. Budget Management:

   – Develop and manage the advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

   – Monitor campaign spending and adjust budgets as necessary to stay within financial targets.

4. Performance Tracking and Analysis:

   – Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns using various metrics and analytics tools.

   – Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

   – Work closely with the sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective advertising strategies.

   – Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of campaigns.

6. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

   – Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

   – Use research findings to refine advertising strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

7. Brand Management:

   – Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all advertising materials and channels.

   – Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand integrity.

8. Innovation and Creativity:

   – Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, technologies, and best practices.

   – Continuously explore and implement innovative advertising techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role.
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns.
– Strong understanding of various advertising channels and tools, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
– Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
– Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
– Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in advertising software and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics platforms.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Experience in Advertising Industry is a plus.
