1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

   – recommend effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

   – Create and execute sales plans that align with company objectives.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

   – Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

   – Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.

   – Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.

3. Client Relationship Management:

-Identifying leads to penetrate new client   
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

   – Identify client needs and develop tailored advertising solutions to meet their objectives.

   – Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
 

4. Acquire and Expand Revenues with Client:

   – approve and finalize presentation and proposal submitted by AM’s and AE’s

   – Lead and Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
– create program to reach target sales of a particular client

 

5. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:

   – Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance against goals.

   – Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

   – Use CRM software to manage and document client interactions and sales activities.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

   – Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop effective advertising campaigns.

   – Coordinate with the account management team to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign execution.

   – Collaborate with the analytics team to measure campaign success and provide clients with actionable insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
– 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the advertising industry.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Strong understanding of advertising principles, media planning, and digital marketing.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
– Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
