The Elev8 Group was established in January 3, 2007 wherein it started with the incorporation of Elev8 Media Inc., a company dedicated to providing outdoor advertising solutions. The enterprise was formed due to the wealth of experience of its Board of Directors in the radio and out-of-home advertising industries. Elev8 Media Inc. initially operated with a client-driven strategy in terms of its locations. In 2009, the company was able to partner with Makati City for site exclusivity. Since then, Elev8 Media Inc. has been experiencing exponential growth by operating in various areas and localities such as Taguig, Paranaque and Bonifacio Global City.
Elev8 Media Inc. provided the springboard for new business ventures which enabled its Board of Directors to establish Elev8 Trading and Marketing Corporation in July 27, 2009 and develop new products. Launched in June 2010, Freshman offered the first-ever masculine wash in the market. Since then, Freshman has expanded its product line to deodorants and bath soaps through the years. To date, Elev8 Trading and Marketing Corporation continues to enhance its product portfolio to further bolster its growth. It pursues both private and governmental projects to serve various customer needs in a wider market.
Staying true to its goal to further diversify in other profitable industries, Elev8 Group ventured into renewable energy by building Elev8 Solar Energy Inc. in May 10, 2017 to give consumers an alternative for electrical power source. Elev8 Solar Energy Inc. offers complete end-to-end solutions for commercial and residential solar power systems needs to help address the customer concerns on the ever increasing cost of electricity and the world-wide issue on global warming. The company aims to be the biggest and most reputable provider of solar power systems in the country.
By February 7, 2018, the Elev8 Group Board of Directors decided to align its structure with its goal to become a public company and incorporated Elev8 Holdings, Inc which now houses the Group’s Corporate Operations Division. The organization unceasingly strives to adopt, implement, and uphold best practices within the various commercial disciplines to deliver outstanding corporate solutions to all its affiliates.
Since its inception, it has expanded its previous range of Management, Financial, Human Resource and Administrative Services to now include the Legal and Compliance Department, which handles all governmental statutory requirements, It has also added a Continual Quality Improvement Department, which ensures the progress of the organization by abiding to the ISO 9001 standards, practicing good governance and focusing on Customer Delight in its core activities.
Aside from providing its offerings to its subsidiaries, Elev8 Holdings continuously look for businesses that will fit its organizational tenets. Elev8 Holdings Inc. can lead the establishment of any business venture by providing due diligence, setup and management services that will operate and grow newly formed business units. It also invests in profitable and fulfilling projects to expand the company's reach while contributing to the country's economy.
