Job Summary: it serves primary point of contact between clients and Elev8 Media. The main responsibility is to ensure that client needs and objectives are met while maintaining a profitable relationship for our company.

1. Client Acquisition:

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and conducting market research.
– Generate leads and established relationships through servicing and build sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and objectives.
– Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

3. Acquire and Expand Revenues with Client:
– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
– Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
– execute program to reach target sales of a particular client

4. Market and Product Knowledge:
– Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and advertising products and services offered by the company.
– Continuously update knowledge of advertising techniques, best practices, and emerging technologies.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
– Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop effective advertising campaigns and materials that meet client needs.    – Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and successful delivery of advertising services.
