KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Planning:

   – Develop and implement long-term advertising strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.

   – Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

2. Balance Score Card Creation
-develop key deliverables of team in accordance or aligned to the strategies to ensure achievement of objectives

3. Organization Development:
-Creation of Table of Organization
-Development of people through training to ensure people development.

– Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

– Conduct regular performance evaluation

4. Campaign Management:

   – Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various media platforms, including digital, print, and broadcast.

   – Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes.

5. Team Leadership:

   – Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, including campaign managers, copywriters, and graphic designers.

   – Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.

6. Brand Management:

   – Ensure consistency in the company’s brand messaging and visual identity across all advertising materials.

   – Develop and maintain strong brand positioning and voice in the market.

7. Client Collaboration:

   – Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop tailored advertising strategies that meet their needs.

   – Present campaign ideas and performance reports to clients, incorporating feedback to enhance future campaigns.

8. Budget Management:

   – Develop and manage the advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

   – Monitor and report on advertising expenditures and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.

9. Performance Analysis:

   – Use analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

   – Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

10. Collaboration and Integration:

   – Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product development, and public relations, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

   – Foster strong partnerships with external vendors and media partners.

11.Policy Creation
-approves and finalize policies and procedures created by managers

-oversees effective implementation of policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience 8 years in OOH marketing, advertising, or related roles, with a track record of successful campaign management and brand building.
  • Strong understanding of OOH advertising principles, trends, and best practices, with knowledge of different formats and their effectiveness in reaching target audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions to drive marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative OOH marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and differentiate the brand.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas, present strategies, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
