JOB SUMMARY: <\/strong>
As a Bidding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities for the organization through the preparation, submission, and management of bids.

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>

1. Opportunity Identification:
– Monitor government procurement portal (PhilGeps), databases, and other sources to identify bidding opportunities relevant to the company\u2019s products and services.
– Evaluate requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and other solicitation documents to assess bid feasibility and strategic fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


2. Client Relations Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, procurement officers, and key stakeholders thru the customer journey process.
– Actively participate in industry associations, conferences, and events to expand the company\u2019s network and visibility in the government sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Proposal Development:
– Lead the preparation and submission of bids and proposals together with other supporting departments, ensuring they meet all technical and commercial requirements specified in the solicitation documents.

4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
– Ensure all bid submissions comply with government regulations, procurement policies, and company standards.
– Conduct thorough reviews of all bid documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Bid Follow-Up:
– Track and monitor submitted bids to determine status, and respond promptly to any clarifications or additional information requests from government agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Reporting and Performance Analysis:
– Provide regular reports to management on bid activities, outcomes, and market insights.
– Analyze bid performance and win\/loss ratios to identify areas for improvement and refine future strategies.
