JOB SUMMARY:
<\/strong>
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong>
– Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Oversee day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Conduct regular reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing documentation and explanations as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards, and ensure compliance within the organization. – Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Controller.
