Purchasing Assistant<\/strong><\/em> plays a crucial role in supporting the procurement and supply chain functions of an organization. Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Sourcing Suppliers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   – Identify potential suppliers through market research and networking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   – Evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing, and product quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   – Maintain a database of approved suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Purchase Order Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   – Prepare purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
